Who Started the CYBER WAR ? Iran Friends got Egged on by Obama with the Help of Cyber Command to Get not the Japanese mind you..But Iranese to Pearl l Harbor US Banks..Read the Proof..
“There is a world of bytes and a world of atoms, and increasingly the world of bytes is driving the world of atoms,” Dr. Jarno Limnell, director of cyber security at Stonesoft, told us. “This is a whole new capability for these state-actors — previously there was no way to touch the U.S.”
Siobhan Gorman of WSJ reports that a government-backed group of Iranian hackers called the Qassam Cyber Fighters have sustained an assault on U.S. banks for five weeks—even after announcing its plans to attack in advance.
The Iranian hackers are using a new cyberweapon called “itsoknoproblembro” that has disrupted the websites of America’s largest banks. U.S. officials claim the attacks are in response to the crippling sanctions being imposed on Iran, but it could be as simple as the fact that the U.S. attacked them first.
In June one of Barack Obama’s aides told The New York Times that the president “repeatedly expressed concerns that any American acknowledgment that it was using cyberweapons … could enable other countries, terrorists or hackers to justify their own attacks.”
Limnell said the arms race flood gates were opened when the Obama administration took credit for the Stuxnet virus that sabotaged Iranian nuclear centrifuges. And although they were mum on the next big virus, Flame, security experts have linked Flame to Israel and the National Security Agency (NSA).
Limnell said the cyberwarfare could reach a point in which America’s traditionally overwhelming military force could be rendered obsolete by a keyboard.
“Almost all weapons systems today run on some kind of software,” Limnell said. “Missiles are very useful if you can launch them, if you can’t launch them, they are useless. Lose power in the bits world, and you lose power in the physical world.”
Currently more than 140 countries are actively developing cyber-espionage and warfare capabilities, according to Critical Defence vice president Jeffrey Bernstein, and they aren’t going to be shy about using them.
Capabilities vary. China, which began its Information Warfare (IW) plan in 1995, has been stealing America’s business secrets for more than a decade. Russia recently stated that it’s “not making a secret of their plans to gain offensive [cyber] technologies.”
The U.S. isn’t in the best position to invite cyberwar. As RedSeal Chief Technology Officer Dr. Mike Lloyd told us when he described how easy it would be to attack the physical U.S. infrastructure: “People in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones. [And] unfortunately, it’s not just that—very simple stones can break our glass windows. We have very thin defenses.”
“The big question is whether a cyberattack can trigger a “real world” attack.
Last year the Pentagon concluded that cyberattacks would justify a traditional military response.
And in August BBC reported on a leaked Israeli memo that spelled out the hybrid use of cyber and military warfare in a proposed assault on Iran.
“This is the most troubling aspect of developing these weapons,” said Limnell. “What is the action of the president if an attack happens, does it immediately become kinetic?”
Limnell said the difference between traditional warfare and cyberwarfare is that often cyberwarfare includes, indeed even prioritizes, civilian targets. And like the situation with the nuclear weapons in the 50s and 60s, there are no international rules for how we can use these weapons.
“Cyberwarfare is like Wild West right now, there’s a huge lack of norms and rules,” Limnell said. “We will experience some type of major problem before we learn how to use weapons in the cyber domain.”

CYBER ALERT CYBER ATTACK…TARGET AMERICA>>Chinese Hackers Have A Weapon Of Mass Destruction That No One Is Talking About…..and That’s Me Sheriff Jim Jackets Under Cover…Or Sub-Commander of the “Guy Fawkes Lincoln Brigade ”
Job: Counter-PSY-OPS and INTEL P/T its connected to Vice Squad FB Sheriff’s Dept….I’m Acting like I like the Chinese in this CCYBER WAR, but I’m a Double Agent for Guess Who ? ……ANS is at the End of this Cool Story…Now knock-Out the ……….
The rousing report out of Mandiant about Chinese internet exploitation focused primarily on the widespread, systematic, state-sponsored thievery of proprietary data.
What it also mentioned (almost in passing) was the penetration of American energy structures, what most people call “critical infrastructure.” Exploiting the aging electrical grid, in a cyber-military strike, has been a growing concern of planners in the U.S. Government.
Yet hackers don’t normally headline talk of aging grids.
Usually talk of electrical Weapons of Mass Destruction is accompanied with conjecture about space-bound nuclear bombs and their theoretical electromagnetic pulse (EMP) — a shockwave that knocks out circuits, transformers and just about anything requiring electricity.
Newt Gingrich‘s grave EMP assertions during the Republican primaries (famously couched with punchlines about “Moon bases”) immediately met with criticism from experts in the defense community. Such a projectile would be detected and shot out of the air, or space, they said.
Late last year we covered how Boeing had developed an EMP missile, capable of flying over a city and permanently zapping its electrical structure. While that might not be the most likely candidate for an assault on the American grid, it further legitimized electrical grids as potential targets.
It seemed like loss of proprietary, corporate information trumped the news headlines, but the Mandiant report also showed that it’s not EMPs which truly threaten America’s grid.
It’s software exploits, particularly from the Chinese military.
A Department of Homeland Security official told the WSJ in 2010 that network inspections had “found software tools left behind that could be used to destroy infrastructure components,” following hacks from Russia and China.
Russia and China of course denied the reports.
“It’s like (improvised explosive devices) in Iraq. Bomb makers have certain signatures, and looking at a bomb, you can tell who and where that signature comes from,” said David Lacquement, a cyber security expert with Science Applications International Corporation, and formerly the Army general in charge of operations for U.S. Cyber Command.
Lacquement said that the ability to execute ‘kinetic’ cyber operations to destroy real world targets is already well established (See also: Stuxnet). Experts say syncing those actions up with other external forces — an invading army, or more likely, a hurricane — would have catastrophic effects.
“These (cyber capabilities) are not in the realm of make believe, they are reality,” said Lacquement.
The Northeast Blackout of 2003 was the result of a “software glitch” — essentially a bug in the system — that sent a 3,500 MW power surge out into the grid. Synchronizing many of those together, along several power hubs down the East Coast, would initially cause untold damage.
Even without a hurricane or an earthquake, the following long-term effects would be something akin to a Weapon of Mass Destruction — at least the Air Force and Leon Panetta think so.
A 2010 report out of North American Electric Reliability Program listed ‘cyber attacks’ right along with nuclear explosions as a massive threat to existing structures.
From the report:
“The physical damage of certain system components (e.g. extra-high-voltage transformers) on a large scale, as could be effected by any of these threats, could result in prolonged outages as procurement cycles for these components range from months to years.”
Imagine the effects of Hurricane Sandy carried out into the realm of months instead of weeks — the result is apocalyptic. Loss of water pressure followed closely by total loss of water, loss of heat or air conditioning, spoiled food, and then in only a matter of time, little or no access to gasoline — these things conjure images better associated with the ’80s flick “Mad Max” than with reality
President Obama recently announced a new public/private information sharing initiative, though it was barely audible above the deafening sound of Marco Rubio reaching for a water bottle.
If Americans don’t want to be fighting over water bottles though, action is needed to avoid catastrophe. Hopefully Mandiant’s report will act as a loudspeaker, turning Team Obama’s cyber security squeak into a shout, and opening the doors for more public conversation about these threats

Bill and Melinda Gates are one of the richest couples in the world but they’ve pledged to give away 95% of their fortune – so far £17 billion has gone to their charitable foundation which helps health projects across the globe.
Much of the money has been spent on vaccines against diseases like polio, malaria and HIV.
But wait a second VACCINES!!!
WHAT ARE THE VACCINES???
Bill Gates says vaccines can help reduce world population
In a recent TED conference presentation, Microsoft billionaire Bill Gates, who has donated hundreds of millions of dollars to new vaccine efforts, speaks on the issue of CO2 emissions and its effects on climate change. He presents a formula for tracking CO2 emissions as follows: CO2 = P x S x E x C.
P = People
S = Services per person
E = Energy per service
C = CO2 per energy unit
Then he adds that in order to get CO2 to zero, “probably one of these numbers is going to have to get pretty close to zero.”
Following that, Bill Gates begins to describe how the first number — P (for People) — might be reduced. He says:
“The world today has 6.8 billion people… that’s headed up to about 9 billion. Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 percent.”
You can watch this yourself at:
Reducing the world population through vaccines
This statement by Bill Gates was not made with any hesitation, stuttering or other indication that it might have been a mistake. It appears to have been a deliberate, calculated part of a well developed and coherent presentation.
So what does it mean when Bill Gates says “if we do a really great job on new vaccines… we could lower [world population] by 10 or 15 percent?”
Clearly, this statement implies that vaccines are a method of population reduction. So is “health care,” which all NaturalNews readers already know to be more of a “sick care” system that actually harms more people than it helps.
Perhaps that’s the whole point of it. Given that vaccines technology help almost no one from a scientific point of view (http://www.naturalnews.com/029641_vaccines_junk_science.html), it raises the question: For what purpose are vaccines being so heavily pushed in the first place?
Bill Gates seems to be saying that one of the primary purposes is to reduce the global population as a mechanism by which we can reduce CO2 emissions. Once again, watch the video yourself to hear him say it in his own words:
How can vaccines actually be used to reduce world population?
Let’s conduct a mental experiment on this issue. If vaccines are to be used to reduce world population, they obviously need to be accepted by the majority of the people. Otherwise the population reduction effort wouldn’t be very effective.
And in order for them to be accepted by the majority of the people, they obviously can’t just kill people outright. If everybody started dropping dead within 24 hours of receiving the flu shot, the danger of vaccines would become obvious rather quickly and the vaccines would be recalled.
Thus, if vaccines are to be used as an effective population reduction effort, there are really only three ways in which they might theoretically be “effective” from the point of view of those who wish to reduce world population:
#1) They might kill people slowly in a way that’s unnoticeable, taking effect over perhaps 10 – 30 years by accelerating degenerative diseases.
#2) They might reduce fertility and therefore dramatically lower birth rates around the world, thereby reducing the world population over successive generations. This “soft kill” method might seem more acceptable to scientists who want to see the world population fall but don’t quite have the stomach to outright kill people with conventional medicine. There is already evidence that vaccines may promote miscarriages (http://www.naturalnews.com/027512_vaccines_miscarriage.html).
#3) They might increase the death rate from a future pandemic. Theoretically, widespread vaccination efforts could be followed by a deliberate release of a highly virulent flu strain with a high fatality rate. This “bioweapon” approach could kill millions of people whose immune systems have been weakened by previous vaccine injections.
This is a known side effect of some vaccines, by the way. A study documenting this was published in PLoS. Read the story here: http://www.naturalnews.com/028538_seasonal_flu_shot_vaccines.html
Here’s the study title and citation: Does Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Increase the Risk of Illness with the 2009 A/H1N1 Pandemic Virus?
Viboud C, Simonsen L (2010) Does Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Increase the Risk of Illness with the 2009 A/H1N1 Pandemic Virus? PLoS Med 7(4): e1000259. doi:10.1371/journal.pmed.1000259
The short answer is yes, seasonal flu vaccines do cause increased susceptibility to the H1N1 pandemic virus. In other words, seasonal flu vaccines could set up the population for a “hard kill” pandemic that could wipe out a significant portion of the global population (perhaps 10 to 15 percent, as Bill Gates suggested).
Conveniently, their deaths could be blamed on the pandemic, thereby diverting blame from those who were really responsible for the plot. As yet another beneficial side effect for the global population killers, the widespread deaths could be used as a fear tool to urge more people to get vaccinated yet again, and the entire cycle could be repeated until world population was brought down to whatever manageable level was desired… all in the name of health care!
The more people around the world are vaccinated before the release of the “hard kill” pandemic virus, the more powerful the effect of this approach.
Perhaps not coincidentally, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has funneled hundreds of millions of dollars into vaccine programs targeting people all over the world. One such program is researching the development of “sweat-triggered vaccines” that could use specially-coated nano-materials to deliver vaccines to people without using injections.
More interestingly, his foundation has also invested millions in sterilization technologies that have been called a “temporary castration” solution. (http://www.naturalnews.com/028887_vaccines_Bill_Gates.html)
It seems that the actions of the Gates foundation are entirely consistent with the formula for CO2 reduction that Bill Gates eluded to in his TED conference speech: CO2 = P x S x E x C.
By reducing birth rates (through sterilization technologies) and increasing vaccine penetration throughout the world population (by using sweat-triggered nano-vaccines), his stated goal of reducing the world population by 10 to 15 percent could be reached within just a few years.

The French government has stated that:
“it would send 2,500 troops to support Malian government soldiers in the conflict against Islamist rebels. France has already deployed around 750 troops to Mali, and French carriers arrived in Bamako on Tuesday morning…..
We will continue the deployment of forces on the ground and in the air…..
We have one goal. To ensure that when we leave, when we end our intervention, Mali is safe, has legitimate authorities, an electoral process and there are no more terrorists threatening its territory.”
If we are to believe this narrative we are misled again about the real reasons. A look at Mali’s natural resources reveals what this is really about.
Mali’s natural resources
Gold: Mali: Africa’s third largest gold producer with large scale exploration ongoing. Mali has been famous for its gold since the days of the great Malian empire and the pilgrimage to Mecca of the Emperor Kankou Moussa in 1324, on his caravan he carried more than 8 tonnes of gold! Mali has therefore been traditionally a mining country for over half a millennium.
Mali currently has seven operating gold mines which include: Kalana and Morila in Southern Mali, Yatela, Sadiola and Loulo in Western Mali, and mines which have recently restarted production notably Syama and Tabakoto. Advanced gold exploration projects include: Kofi, Kodieran, Gounkoto, Komana, Banankoro, Kobada and Nampala.
Uranium: encouraging signs and exploration in full swing. Exploration is currently being carried out by several companies with clear indications of deposits of uranium in Mali. Uranium potential is located in the Falea area which covers 150 km² of the Falea- North Guinea basin, a Neoproterozoic sedimentary basin marked by significant radiometric anomalies. Uranium potential in Falea is thought to be 5000 tonnes. The Kidal Project, in the north eastern part of Mali, with an area of 19,930 km2, the project covers a large crystalline geological province known as L’Adrar Des Iforas. Uranium potential in the Samit deposit, Gao region alone is thought to be 200 tonnes.
Diamonds: Mali has potential to develop its diamond exploration: in the Kayes administrative region (Mining region 1), thirty (30) kimberlitic pipes have been discovered of which eight are show traces of diamonds. Some eight small diamonds have been picked in the Sikasso administrative region (southern Mali).
Scientists have proven that crabs and other crustaceans do feel pain even though they have no spinal column or backbone, and are able to recall an unpleasant experience and take action to avoid it happening again. The study by researchers at Queens University in Belfast suggests that when shore crabs (which is a close relative to the species we use for food) are given small electric shocks while hiding in dark shelters, they try to escape being zapped again by opting to migrate to another hideout. Previous research has shown that prawns and hermit crabs also react to painful situations. They say they now believe that all decapoda crustaceans (a group that also includes lobsters and crayfish) would show the same response. The finding could have important implications for the food industry, where many chefs boil crabs, lobsters and prawns alive in the belief that they are impervious to pain. Worse still, many seafood suppliers simply rip off the legs or abdomens of live animals to keep for sale, while throwing the less valuable parts back into the sea. There were currently no regulations to protect the welfare of these animals.
WHAT ARE INVERTEBRATES?
Invertebrates are classically defined as animals which lack a backbone or dorsal nerve cord, such as insects, crustacean (shrimp, lobster and crab), and molluscs (clams, snails, and squid).
Honeybees deserve special care because they display social behaviour and a capacity to learn and cooperate. Invertebrates do not feel pain because they have basic nervous systems and small brains. Crabs and lobsters have only about 100,000 neurons, compared with 100bn in people and other vertebrates. While this allows them to react to threatening stimuli (simple reflex). Tiny perforations in leg bones allow crabs and lobsters to jettison limbs if trapped by predators.
PAIN vs SIMPLE REFLEX
Pain is defined by the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) as “An unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage or described in terms of such damage.” The only animals capable of feeling pain are those that can feel fear, anxiety, distress and terror, similar to what humans feel when we receive “noxious stimuli”. Almost all organisms, including bacteria, will attempt to escape from it. Because they can detect harmful stimuli and withdraw from the source of the stimuli but that could be a simple reflex without the inner feeling of unpleasantness that we associate with pain. Possessing an escape response is not enough evidence to demonstrate that a species is capable of feeling pain.
DO FISH FEEL PAIN?
It is a question that has puzzled scientists and anglers for generations, but now a team of researchers at the Norwegian School of Veterinary Science and Purdue University claims to have demonstrated that fish do feel pain. The creatures can clearly be seen to react to a jab or blow and it was not a simple reflex. The findings are reported in the journal “Applied Animal Behaviour Science.” In a study carried out at the Roslin Institute, near Edinburgh in 2003, rainbow trout which had their lips injected with acid or bee venom were observed to rub the affected area on the gravel at the bottom of their tank, leading the researchers to conclude that they were in pain. The fish were found to have 58 nerve receptors on their faces and heads. Each year millions of fish are caught on barbed hooks or left to die by suffocation on the decks of fishing boats.
